How do I proof my book?
Once you have finished inputting all your recipes you can order an electronic book proof which is sent to you via email. You will be able to review all spelling, grammar, consistency and images within your publication before authorising final proof. Note, this proof won’t have your cover, section breaker images or index included in it and can order as many of these proofs as you like at no cost.

Once you are happy with this proof you can order the final production proof. Note any changes requested to this proof will be charged.

Can I print a pdf?
No, you cannot print your cookbook from a pdf. You will be sent a copyright protected pdf  proof to check but you won’t be able to print it.

How do I have my book printed?
Once you have checked your final production book proof and approved it, log on and proceed to the ‘order books’ section to order your desired quantities and make payment.

What if I send my book to print and realise there is an error in it?
Please contact us immediately via email or phone and if possible we will amend the book and resubmit it for production. We cannot promise the correction will be made before your book is in production and administrative fees apply to locate and correct the error. If the book has already been produced we will not be able to make any amendments. We strongly recommend that you double check your book proof before ordering your book as proofing and approval is your responsibility.

Are the pages printed on front and back?
Yes they are.

What paper stock is the book printed on?
The books are professionally produced and the cover is printed on 350gsm matt card stock with a matt plastic coating. This plastic coating makes your book more durable. The inner pages are printed on 210gsm (stock weight) silk matt paper. All our books are produced using environmentally friendly recycled stocks.

How is the book bound?
Your Eternal Ingredients cookbook features white double wire spiral binding which allows each page to lie flat on your kitchen bench. The wraparound cover keeps the wire binding hidden from view.

How long does it take to print my cookbook?
We currently print the books on the first of every month. If you require your books urgently please call us to discuss and we will try to meet your requirements. Additional print runs will depend on the order quantity and other orders we have ready to print. As production demand increases we will move to reduce production timeframes.

Can I check the status of my order online?
To check your order status please send an email through to enquiries and we will advise you when your book will be dispatched.

How long do I have to complete my cookbook?
You can take as long as you like to complete your cookbook. You can also finish your book and come back to it later to add more recipes and print more copies.
