Double Chocolate Chip Biscuits
Ingredients
- 125 gms butter
- 250 gms soft brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 250 gms plain flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 115 gms milk chocolate chips
- 115 gms white chocolate chips
Method
- Place the butter and brown sugar in a bowl and beat with electric beaters until thick and pale.
- Add the vanilla extract and egg, then continue to beat until just combined.
- Fold in the flour and baking powder.
- Stir through the dark and white chocolate chips.
- Roll into 24 balls and place well apart on baking trays.
- Place into a preheated oven at 170ºC and bake for 14 minutes.
