Flap Jack Stack Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1½ cups plain flour
- ½ cup oats
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 30 gms melted butter
- Fresh Fruit
- Lemon juice
- Maple syrup
Method
- Place flour, oats, eggs and milk into mixing bowl and mix together.
- Mix in melted butter.
- Tip - if you have time and are prepared, set aside until morning.
- If you have left the mixture overnight, add approximately a third of a cup of water to the mixture and stir to desired consistency.
- Heat non-stick pan on high and add butter.
- Pour 1/3 of a cup of mixture into the frying pan and cook on one side for about 1 minute and then flip it over to cook the other side.
- Serve with your choice of fresh fruit, cherries in syrup, 100% maple syrup, natural yoghurt or lemon and sugar or cottage cheese and sultanas .............
