		<description><![CDATA[I made these the other night and was unable to get the amaretti biscuits, so used some  orange roasted almonds I found in the local shops instead and it was delicious. I put the crème fraîche on at the last minute so as not to make the nuts go too soggy and they worked beautifully.]]></description>
