Horseradish and Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 250 gms cream cheese
- 2 heaped tbls horseradish cream
- Paprika
- Olive oil

Method
- Put the cream cheese and horseradish cream in a bowl and beat together.
- Put the dip into a serving bowl and put in the microwave for 20 seconds.
- Sprinkle over some paprika and drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve with garlic crouton crackers, carrot sticks or similar.
Petroula made this dip when we were over for dinner. She had it at friends the night before and loved it, so made it for us. I also loved it, so I made it the night after when we had friends over!
