Peanut Butter Biscuits
Ingredients
- 85 gms crunchy peanut butter
- 85 gms demerara sugar
- 55 gms butter
- 1 egg
- 115 gms self raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 24 salted peanuts
Method
- Cream the peanut butter, sugar and butter together.
- Beat in the egg.
- Stir in the flour and baking powder.
- Roll into balls, place onto a greased baking tray, flatten slightly with a fork and place a whole peanut into the middle of each biscuit.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160ºC for 25 minutes.
