  • 85 gms crunchy peanut butter
  • 85 gms demerara sugar
  • 55 gms butter
  • 1 egg
  • 115 gms self raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 24 salted peanuts

Method

  • Cream the peanut butter, sugar and butter together.
  • Beat in the egg.
  • Stir in the flour and baking powder.
  • Roll into balls, place onto a greased baking tray, flatten slightly with a fork and place a whole peanut into the middle of each biscuit.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160ºC for 25 minutes.
